Vietnam Supply is an online directory and messaging platform for businesses. We do not sell, buy, inspect or ship goods and are not a party to any contract between members.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Suppliers must be legally registered businesses; we may ask for documents and may refuse, suspend or remove any account.

3. Listings and messages

• Suppliers are responsible for their product information, prices and photos, and must own the rights to the content they upload.
• Prohibited: illegal, counterfeit or dangerous goods, misleading claims, spam, and requests for payment outside agreed business terms.
• We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules.

4. Transactions

Price, quality, payment, delivery and disputes are agreed between buyer and supplier. Always verify your trading partner before paying.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Vietnam Supply is not liable for losses arising from transactions between members or from information published by members.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
